Privacy Policy
This policy covers DESKBOOK, a seller of digital PDF prompt manuals, and the site at deskbook.187-77-65-64.nip.io. We keep this short because we collect almost nothing.
What we collect
- Email address — only if you type it into a form on this site or write to us. Used to send the sampler, the launch note and your download link, and nothing else.
- Anonymous page data — the pages viewed, the referring source, device type and a random session identifier. No name, no email and no cross-site profile are attached to it.
- Purchase data — handled by our checkout provider (Gumroad). They collect your payment details, name and country; we never see or store card numbers. Their privacy policy governs that data.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent or trade email addresses or any other data. Ever.
- We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site beyond the ad platform's own conversion measurement for the ads that bring people here.
- We do not build profiles of individual visitors.
Cookies and measurement
The site sets no marketing cookies of our own. If you arrived from an advertisement, the advertising platform may record that a visit or a purchase happened, so we can see which ad worked. That measurement is aggregate; it is not used to identify you.
Where it lives
Email addresses are stored in a database on our own server, not in a third-party marketing tool, and are kept for as long as the list exists. You can ask to be removed at any time.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK you have the right to access, correct, export or delete any personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. Write to hermesxry@gmail.com and we will act within 30 days. Most requests are simply "delete this address", which takes one command.
Children
These products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
